Opinion

Once a legal problem is assigned to the firm, a dossier is prepared on the brief and a quick research made to enable the firm prepare a legal opinion.
This gives the client our version of the strength and weakness of her legal position on the case to determine for instance, the merits or demerits for contesting the case in court or whether to prefer settlement.
Once the path for approaching the problem is laid, the drafting work is completed for execution and lodgment.

Research

Our chambers are well stocked with law books and statutes for research works. We have computer diskettes/CD ROMs and other software’s on various corporate works, law reports etc.

Appraisal

Regular reports are given on the progress of the case and other matters assigned to the firm. The time schedule for reporting depends on the nature of the problem at hand. In court litigation for instance, we always report right after the court session via email to update the client on what transpired in court and our next move.
